Deposit Schedule:

A deposit of $100. per person is due by August 19, 2010

Final payment is due by June 21 2010

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended at time of deposit, otherwise a signed insurance waiver is required. this is not refundable/nontransferable

Cancellation Policy:

Space cancelled after deposit will be subject to the cancellation penalties listed below. 

All amounts are shown per person.

• over 60 days prior to departure-$100
• 59-30 days prior to departure- $350 
• 29-14 days prior to departure-50% penalty
• 14 days or less prior to departure-no refund

Notes: 
-A valid passport is required with at least six months validity past travel dates
-All rates are per person/double occupancy and based on a minimum of 20full paying passengers. 
-Cabin categories and prices are subject to availability and are on a first come, first serve basis.    
  Other cabin categories are available upon request. 
-Insurance is non-refundable and non-transferable
-Unused transfers between Harrisburg and Baltimore a nonrefundable
