A deposit of $25.00 per person is due byDecember 12^th, 2008. (However, Carnival can recall space at anytime if names & deposits are not submitted as soon as possible)

Second deposit of $250.00 per person is dueby March 13^th, 2009.

Final payment is due by May 14^th, 2010.

Trip cancellation insurance is stronglyrecommended at time of deposit, otherwisea signed insurance waiver is required.

Cancellation Policy:

Space cancelled after deposit will be subject to the cancellation penalties listed below. 
$25.00 per person deposit is non-refundable. 

All amounts are shown per person.

• Before July 16^th, 2010 – Deposit Amount
• July 16^th, 2010- August 5^th, 2010- 50%
• August 6^th, 2010 or after – NO REFUND

Notes: 
-A valid passport is required with at least six months validity past travel dates
-All rates are per person/double occupancy and based on a minimum of 16 full paying passengers. 
-Cabin categories and prices are subject to availability and are on a first come, first serve basis.    
  Other cabin categories are available upon request. 
- Insurance is non-refundable and non-transferable
