Deposit Schedule:

A deposit of $25.00 per person is due byJanuary 12^th, 2009. (However, Carnival can recall space at anytime if names & depositsare not submitted as soon as possible). Second deposit of $250.00 per person is due by June 12^th, 2009. Final payment is due by  September 8^th, 2009.

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended at time of deposit, otherwise a signed insurance waiver is required.

Cancellation Policy:

Space cancelled after deposit will be subject tothe cancellation penalties listed below. 
$25.00 per person deposit is non-refundable. 

All amounts are shown per person.

• Before September 8^th, 2009 – Full refund
• Sept. 8^th, 2009- Nov. 5^th, 2009- $250.00
• November 6^th, 2009 or after – NO REFUND

Notes: 
-A valid passport is required with at least six months validity past travel dates
-All rates are per person/double occupancy and based on a minimum of 16 full paying passengers. 
-Cabin categories and prices are subject to availability and are on a first come, first serve basis.    
  Other cabin categories are available upon request. 
- Insurance is non-refundable and non-transferable
