Deposit Schedule:

A deposit of $300.00 per person is due with reservation form. Unsold space will expire no later than August 9, 2010. Final payment is due by November 15, 2010.

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended at time of deposit, otherwise a signed waiver is required.

Cancellation:

Space cancelled will be subject to the per person cancellation penalties listed below:

•  Over 60 days prior to departure - $50.00
•  59 – 30 days prior to departure - $350.00
•  29 – 8 days prior to departure - 50%
•  7 days or less before departure – 100% - NO REFUND

Notes: 
-A valid passport is required with at least six months validity past travel dates
-All rates are per person/double occupancy and based on a minimum of 16 full paying passengers. 
-Cabin categories and prices are subject to availability and are on a first come, first serve basis.    
  Other cabin categories are available upon request. 
- Insurance is non-refundable and non-transferable
